IPhone : How to make annotation which takes user to new view

I'd like to know how to make an annotation similar to the ones you see when visiting major landmarks on apple's maps. i.e. When you tap on it, it opens another view which has further information. I've put an image below to explain what I mean.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
