IPhone : iOS Application will automatically launch after installation on device-iPhone (For In-House applications)

I want create an iOS application where the application should launch automatically after it got installed on the device-iphone(Without any user interaction). This application is for Enterprise(In-house application) only and it is not going to AppStore. Kinldy let me know is there any way to achieve it.
